Refund and returns policy.
No returns will be accepted nor refunds offered for change of mind.
If an item reaches you in anything less than perfect condition, upon receipt of images documenting the damage and within 30 days of purchase, I will, at my discretion, offer to replace or refund the damaged work.
The cost of shipping out any replacement books or prints will be borne by my studio.
If the work must be sent back to me (such as a limited edition print where I need to ensure a finite number of prints exists), you will be required to pay the return postage initially, but I will refund that postage cost once I have received the damaged work to my studio.

This policy applies to physical, pre-made items purchased through my online store (books & prints), but not to any commissioned artwork (whether ordered through my store, such as the Pandemic Portraits project, or through discussion of other commissioned work).
